Return Policy

At Todd’s Card Shop, Limited Liability Company (LLC) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 1.1 Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items purchased from Todd’s Card Shop.

 1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  •  Customized or personalized products.

  • Digital downloads or digital content.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at todd@toddscard.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 2.2 Shipping Your Return: Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

 3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-7 business days].

3.2 Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

3.3 Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns, but any costs associated with returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

4. Exchanges

 4.1 Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a new order for the exchange item(s). You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for the exchanged item(s).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at todd@toddscard.shop with your order number and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
